Text description provided by the architects. The Hithe is a new, minimal-cost, demountable organization incubator house in Rotherhithe designed by IF_DO. The title, from Previous English, describes a landing put or small port for ships and boats, creating reference to the nautical record of the region fronting onto the Thames, and the building’s job in fostering nascent entrepreneurs.
