A new self-parking garage operated by artificial intelligence (AI) has opened in the Ditmars section of Astoria — the initial of its form in the borough, in accordance to its operators.
The garage, which has 96 automobile spaces, is situated at The Rowan, a newly made mixed-use condominium setting up at 21-21 31st St.
