Ukraine hopes that reparations to restore its infrastructure just after the war will be compensated, like at the expenditure of the property of the Russian Federation frozen abroad.
“Of course, we depend on frozen Russian belongings as aspect of reparations,” Minister of Finance of Ukraine Serhiy Marchenko stated in Washington on Wednesday, an Ukrinform correspondent reviews.
